Are you wondering what happened to your physical and mental health after entering your 40's? Do you struggle with less energy, excess belly fat, poor sleep, and all kinds of cravings? If so you are not alone! This program will help you regain your mental clarity, energy, sleep, and feel great again! All the while burning off that belly fat that seems to keep accumulating! This program includes: -A 60-90 minute initial consultation to assess lifestyle, environment, nutrition habits, medical/health concerns, and your personal goals. An evidenced based nutrition and lifestyle plan will be discussed while keeping you in the drivers seat! -6 (60-minute) follow up sessions over 5-6 months to provide further education, recommendations, discuss any barriers, and provide education around topics such as: My Nutrition F3 Framework with Fiber, Fats, and Fasting! Circadian Rhythm- my method will improve sleep and balance cortisol (the stress hormone and fat storage hormone)! Environment-detoxifying the home environment, natural ways to improve sleep, manage stress, and slow down! -Ability to message me in between appointments (during normal business hours) -Virtual or in-person appointments available
