This is for anyone who would like to improve their pantry and kitchen options and then go to a grocery store with an RD! First we will meet virtually to assess your kitchen/pantry products. Then we will schedule a day to meet at a local grocery store so you can learn how to read food labels, make healthier choices in every isle, and find quick and easy meal and snack ideas along the way! Whether you have diabetes, Prediabetes, or the whole family just wants to eat healthier then this is for you!
